Sunny close to the end?

Sunny is not coming out to eat and shuttting down for the third time he is hiding under my bed and refuses to eat. He didn't last long from the treatment last time the vet hospital stay till he slid back to hiding. So best and humane thing to do is to put him to sleep..I wanted to go with him but don't think i can handle it..
